Hospitality experience desired but on job training will be provided.

Eva, our wine representative from Corney & Barrow will be on the island and joining us on the evening of the 24th. She’ll be showcasing our new wine pairings to accompany the current seasonal menu.

Each time we update our menu, Eva carefully selects wines to complement the dishes, and it’s always a fantastic experience for both our diners and our team. We are so pleased that she can join us in person this week!

While we do recommend the wine pairing to enhance our dining experience, we will also have our usual drinks list with cocktails, mocktails ect to be ordered individually.

In-between crofting, children activities and some downtime we are aware the season is upon us.
