When we think of what makes The Belfry so special, it’s always the people who come to mind. And our guests tell us the same.

We wanted to shine a spotlight on some of those people. Introducing 'Behind The Belfry' where we'll be getting to know the unsung heroes of our award-winning resort.

First up is golf starter Roger "Dodge" Harlte, who has been part of the team for more than 30 years. Watch until the end to discover what a character he is and why he's such a cherished part of The Belfry team.

The first of many Belfry legends.
