Yesterday we had the pleasure of spending the day with Natalie & Steve, creating a relaxed wedding breakfast of pub snacks to start with some of the best chicken & basil scotch eggs with a fabulous jammy yolk centre, slow cooked belly pork bites with sage & apple gel and then some have crafted Packington pork sausage rolls. Main was a beautiful Greek inspired BBQ with a selection of salads just right for the warm weather. To finish, fully loaded brownies or topped Sicilian lemon possets. Feedback was fabulous and we had a very happy Bride & Groom, I would call that a good day in the office 😊😊

Yesterday’s wedding for Annabel & Will at their Farm. What a fabulous day. 137 happy guests all enjoying their wedding breakfast. Another day enjoyed by all the team for such a lovely couple. Enjoy the amazing honeymoon A&W.

What a day we had on Saturday cooking for the utterly lovely Emilia & Ben for their big day. The sun was out and they turned their garden into the most stunning venue. Lots of sharing food being served, bringing guests together over a glorious feast. Thank you both for letting us be part of such a special day.

I am sooooo far behind on posting recent jobs and we have a back log but the good side of that is we have just been so busy doing said jobs, rather than posting them! We were back at again recently for Commercial Litigation Day. A nice chilled working lunch for 75. Promise to get back on track 😊

Back at the incredible yesterday for a BBQ for Nick and Sarah’s big day! Followed by our loaded doughnut sweet treats. Another hot day and the BBQ but it went down a storm. Even managed to get back for kick off after the evening food was served!
