Yesterday (saturday) we had a customer that was not happy with the meal they brought from us we are very sorry to hear that from them.
However on Saturday the most busiest day of the week we made their order and sent it out 15-20 mins later they rang the shop and started abusing a member of our staff, so then the manager got involved asked what the problem was and they said that the doner kebab has bones in it but it was not a bone it something called gristle technically that is not a bone.
After listening to the customer the manager said "okay we will send out a new doner kebab" the customer refused and said "i want the whole order again" when all the other food was okay not a single complain about other food they have ordered. The manager spent 15 mins on the phone apologising and the customer was still not happy. We would like to state that the doner kebab we buy are not being made by us we buy it from our supplier called N&B Foods.
If there is an issue please do ring us and we will try our best to resolve the problem if it is something none negotiable then please ask us for the supplier details.
