Behind every perfect dish, there is a tired chef hiding pain behind a smile.
People only see the beautiful plating, but they never see the burns, stress, sleepless nights, and sacrifices inside the kitchen.

A chef’s life is not easy. Long hours of standing, working under pressure, missing family moments, and fighting exhaustion become part of daily life. Sometimes the kitchen becomes the only home, and silence becomes the best friend after service ends.
