I decided to embark on Hamza’s Home Kitchen journey after realizing that all the delicious dishes I grew up eating are nowhere to be found in the so called curry houses in UK. Most of the restaurants (apart from a handful) are making the rushed and more westernized versions of curries. Thats why its my mission to introduce to you all the authentic Pakistani taste.
