Grindon Board Inn Over-40s are looking for volunteers to help out on matchdays and become part of the club.

You don’t need to play football or have any experience to lend a hand. You could help with:

• Setting up and packing away
• Looking after kit, balls and equipment
• Helping with warm-ups alongside the team management
• General matchday organisation

Whether you love football, fancy meeting new people or simply want something to do on a Saturday morning, you’ll be welcome.

📍 Herrington Colliery Welfare, Sunderland
🕤 Saturday matchdays, usually 9:30am–12 noon
🤝 Unpaid voluntary roles—help regularly or occasionally, whatever suits you.
