☕💜 Dementia Carer's Café Meet 💜☕
Caring for someone with dementia can be rewarding, but it can also be challenging and sometimes lonely.
Join us for a relaxed afternoon where carers and anyone who looks after someone whith dementia, can take a little time for themselves, enjoy a brew, have a chat, and connect with others who understand. 🤗
📅 Starting Thursday 18th June 🕑 2:00pm – 4:00pm
Come along for: ☕ A warm drink 💜 Friendly conversation 🤝 Support from fellow carers 🌿 A chance to rest and recharge

☕💜 Hi everyone! 💜☕

We’ve been having a think about our quieter Thursday afternoons and would love to hear your thoughts. 😊

One idea is to create a Quiet Café 📚☕ — a calm and relaxing space where you can sit, enjoy a drink, read a book, do some knitting, or simply take some time out to unwind.

Another idea is to host a Dementia Café 💜🤝 — a welcoming and supportive space for people living with dementia, their families, friends, and carers. A place where you can meet others who understand what you're going through, share experiences, have a chat, and relax in a safe and friendly environment.

Our café is all about bringing people together and creating a community space where everyone feels welcome. 🥰

We'll be open until 3:00 PM today, so pop in and see us!
🚗 Plenty of FREE parking right outside the door.
🚌 Don't drive? No problem! The 84/85 bus comes this way. Just ring the bell at Aldi, then take a short walk up to find us.
