I’ve had a lot of interest from people interested in attending some of the fitness classes out the back of the cafe ❤️ High Tide Fitness - Pole/Boogie and Dance Studio.

Here is the timetable below and also the booking link. We run some great dance, Pilates and mini weights classes (suitable for anybody as there are lots of levels!). We also have a pole fitness block starting on 26th August. Just check out the link or message Sarah if you have any questions.
