It's a big bank holiday week here at the White Horse!

We're open tonight (Tuesday) for drinks only 4-9pm.

Wednesday is Acoustic Night from 7pm

Thursday is Pizza & a Pint Night 5-8pm

Friday we have Wagyu Burgers And Street Food🍔 here 4:30-8pm

Saturday Tasty Turk will be here 4:30-8pm and a birthday on site means we also have Imposing Our Music On Others spinning some vinyl from 3pm!
On Sunday, Naama Africa Kitchen will be here from 1pm and we have The Adjusted playing from 3pm in the garden!
Monday, the delish Savannah Smoke will be here from 1-6pm and we'll be open til 9pm!

We'll be serving our boards & bites & pizzas all weekend long alongside all these fabulous food trucks, so plenty to come along and try!
We have plenty of delicious beers & ciders on deck to keep the good times flowing all the way through to Monday.
Please note that camping is fully booked on Saturday and our fire ban remains in place.

Afternoon. Yet another busy weekend.

Olly will be serving drinks only tonight from 4 till 9 with plenty of Cask Ales, lovely Keg beer and Ciders, if you don't fancy that we have a great selection of spritzers and soft drinks.

After (during) what has been our busiest few months since opening, we are finding that we need to add, once again, to our roster! As many of our summer staff are off to Uni in a few weeks, we're going to need some additional help over the autumn/winter months and ideally into next summer and beyond!

We're after a mix of bar and kitchen staff, but our dream would be someone who is at least 18 and is up for both pouring pints and making pizzas. Training can and will be provided, but a level 2 hygiene certificate would be a great asset.

Pay will be dependent on experience and subject to increase based on training/proven ability, so we are definitely open to a chat!

Hours are evenings and weekends, so this may suit someone looking for a second job or someone after 10-20 hrs a week minimum.

We do have a great young team who put customer service at the fore of all we do, so if you feel like you could be a great fit, please send a CV and tell us a little about yourself to Ellie & Dani at [email protected]

To our wonderful neighbours in the quiet little village of Edwardstone, the Edwardstone Parish Council has put together a survey for your thoughts on improving the village, concerns you'd like the council to consider, and suggestions for future projects.
This is an opposrtunity to share what matters most to you and what you'd like to see from the Parish Council.
The survey only takes about 5 minutes, and results will be shared over the next meeting on Monday 21st September, in which anyone is welcome to join to voice their thoughts to the Parish Council.
