It’s a hands-on role in a small team where you’ll be involved in everything from sourcing, profiling & roasting to cupping, quality control.

Who remembers this legend… .olga was back today dialling in espresso and honestly… we’re obsessed ☕️✨

The level of care = unreal. The patience. The precision. The tiny tweaks that somehow change everything. It’s like watching coffee wizardry in real time.

BUT the best part…

She’s been assigning all our coffees boyfriends 😂 for years!!

“The Tide” is, apparently, that boyfriend who’s a musician/artist — a bit wild, very exciting, slightly unpredictable… definitely not the one you’d take home to meet your family 🎸🎭🎨

Now we can’t unsee it. Every coffee has a personality.
