We’ve had a lovely haul of rhubarb dropped off and we’ve been busy turning it into a new seasonal homebake - Custard-flavoured sponge with rhubarb syrup, custard buttercream and poached rhubarb.

O P E N for Spring Bank Holiday Monday!

We are open as usual from 9.30-4.30pm tomorrow - brunch all day, breakfast until 11.30, lunch from then until 3.30 when our kitchen closes… and of course home baked cakes until we close at 4:30pm!

We have both indoor and outdoor seating in our licensed cafe, with tables allocated on arrival. Indoor dog-friendly seating area, dog pods outdoors, and we have enclosed dog runs with deer-fencing available.

Enjoy the sunshine in the countryside!

What a beautiful sunny morning!

We are open as usual today 9:30am to 4:30pm for the Spring Bank Holiday.

Breakfast 9:30-11:30, Brunch all day, lunch until kitchen closes at 3:30pm, coffee and home-baked cakes until we close at 4:30pm.

No need to book, tables allocated on arrival.

To book one of our dog runs please call 01357 440147, we have designated dog-friendly seating indoors or we have plenty outdoor seating and pods.

Some of our specials this weekend made by our chefs and bakers, to enjoy inside our cafe or outside in our outdoor seating area!

Spiced Lamb Kofta, served with grilled naan, dill yoghurt and a cucumber & carrot salad

We have been busy baking up Easter treats - and working out how many ways you can use a Cadburys Mini Egg 😂🐣

We are open as usual on Easter Sunday and Easter Monday, serving breakfast, brunch and lunch, plus all your regular home-bakes…with a few Eastery treats thrown in. If chocolate isn’t your thing (or you’ve already had too much of it!) we have our delicious lemon meringue cheesecake in the cabinet too.

Our Kitchen team will be cooking and serving all your favourite dishes from our ‘new’ menu. Breakfast until 11:30, lunch from 12 and brunch served all day, into our kitchen closes at 4pm. Coffee and home-bakes until we close at 5pm. (On Monday, 3.30pm for the kitchen, 4:30pm close).

Our kitchen offers breakfast until 11:30, all-day brunch, and lunch from 12-4pm.

Coffee and homebaked cakes until we close….Lynda and Emma have had good fun baking up some Easter-themed treats!
