Owning a restaurant has never been easy π½οΈ. It takes dedication πͺ, resilience π₯, and the ability to face new challenges every day.
But I consider myself lucky π because I can honestly say something different:
I donβt own a restaurant.
My team does. β€οΈπ
Without them, none of this would be possible. The truth is, I donβt own a restaurantβI own a team π.
Some of these people had never stepped into a professional kitchen π¨βπ³π©βπ³. Together, we built skills, character π―, discipline π, and pride in our work β€οΈ.
For these years β³, we repeated the same standards and routines every single day π. Not because it was easy, but because consistency creates excellence β.
Last week, a surprise Food Safety Inspection π΅οΈββοΈ lasted just 10 minutes β±οΈ.
Outstanding result β
π
.
The inspector even congratulated us for the quality of our work π.
That wasnβt my achievement.
It was the achievement of a team π€β€οΈ.
So yes, I feel lucky π.
Because I donβt own a restaurant.
I own a team ππ₯.
And that team owns the restaurant. β€οΈ
