Bottom tier was vanilla sponge filled with vanilla buttercream covered with white chocolate ganache.

Middle tier was chocolate sponge filled with chocolate buttercream covered with milk chocolate ganache.

Top tier was vegan coffee filled with vegan coffee buttercream and caramelised walnuts.
