Huge congratulations to Dr Foster (Dr Foster Gloucester Brunch Pub Dinner) on taking home Best Town Pub last night. What an achievement 🏆🍻
We’ll be honest, we’re gutted.
Gutted for Stourbridge. Gutted for our team. Gutted because when you get that close, of course you want to bring the trophy home.
But underneath that, we’re incredibly bloody proud.
To have CnB named as one of the best town pubs in the country, up against such brilliant competition, means more than we can say.
And our team? They’re the reason we got there.
The graft, the ideas, the care, the chaos, the food, the service and the way they show up every single day. We couldn’t be prouder of them.
So no trophy this time, but we’ll be back behind the bar, in the kitchen and welcoming you through the doors exactly as we always do, hopefully showing you every day why CnB made it all the way to the final.
Thank you to everyone who wished us luck, sent messages and backed us all the way.
Gutted? Yep.
