July Staff Favourites!
1. Isle of Harris Single Malt- The newest expression which encapsulates that lightly peated Island style has been carefully crafted by local distillers and blenders. A wonderfully approachable single malt. With notes of butterscotch, floral sweetness and gentle spice.
2. Tintern- a mature creamy cheddar blended with onion, chives and shallots. Mouthwatering and incredibly morish.
3. Pimp Your Mayo Truffle and Porcini- The ultimate umami experience thanks to the perfect combination of black truffle and Porcini- mushrooms.
4. Salty B*tch Kimchi Salt- Spice up your life (and dinner) with this salty little number.
5. Cartmel Sticky Toffee Pudding- A wonderful delicious pudding, made in small batches to the same family recipe for over 30 years, using only the best possible ingredients.

Better late than never! Staff May Favourites!
1. Your Piece Shortbread- Made with stone ground oatmeal which adds a unique fruitiness and crunch that's irresistible.
2. LumberJaxe Moonshine Mango- Sweet mango meets spicy chilli creating a flavour explosion of tangy zest with perfect amounts of heat.
3. Delphi Spicy Chickpeas- A delicious salad of cooked chickpeas, sundried tomatoes and herbs mixed with the added fusion of chilli and white cheese.
4. Hampstead Lavender & Valerian- lavender flowers and valerian root combined in a gentle tea that helps calm you down and fall into a good night's sleep!
