As most people know, No.9 Coffee Shop & Blake’s Bar & Kitchen have now merged and created one establishment! This is now known as No.9 Coffee & Restaurant.

New signage will be getting installed soon and all the branding will change alongside it!

As a result we will be moving to one social media profile, being the one in the link below so if everyone could go follow than one if you don’t already, that would be much appreciated!

It is still the same great coffee & brunch that No.9 offered, a blend of both No.9 and Blake’s at lunch and then the evening is still the same great food and atmosphere Blake’s offered!

Are you passionate about food, creativity, and delivering exceptional dining experiences? We are looking for a talented and motivated Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team.

🔪 Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in line with our menu and standards
• Assist in menu development
• Ensure food preparation areas meet hygiene and safety regulations
• Efficient portion control and minimise waste
• Manage stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff

👩‍🍳 What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Creativity and passion for high-quality food
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Culinary qualification (preferred but not essential)
