Tonight and tomorrow night are last chances to get Pizza before Christmas!

We’ve launched the new menu it’s up in the shop but it’s got a few mistakes 🫠 So, when i get it reprinted I’ll post it online 🫩 It’s got our Irn Bru Battered Mozzarella Sticks and our Stuffed Crusts so you can order them permanently now 😎

Our sides are getting a massive upgrade! Here’s our Irn Bru Battered Mozzarella Sticks. *Shoutout to the Porkies Batter recipe*

Most Mozzarella Sticks are thin wee stupid things, especially on this island so this is a first as far as we’re aware.. We batter rather than bread them purely for flavour purposes. They’ll be getting trialled for a few weeks and will be on the new menu so don’t worry if you miss out one night. They’re not going anywhere we just need to figure out routines etc.

We are busy behind the scenes preparing for a new menu launch. It won’t come very quickly as we like to practice things and work out all the kinks.

Speaking of! Our Stuffed Crusts are going to be on the menu permanently! We’ve been working on them for ages and they’re now on every night that we’re open.

Hi folks, sorry this is such a late notice post

It’s just over three years since we started these two places and as a big thank you to the staff (who we could’ve never got here without) we have given them all the night off to go enjoy themselves 🫶🏻

Apologies for any major weekend ruiners/disappointments. 🤓

Hi folks, apologies but we will be shut tonight for some maintenance work that needs done and was caught too late in the day today to sort out. Grrrr. Gelato display should be sorted soon too so we can get a stepping with that. Got lots of fun flavours in the works!

To make it up to you all we’ve got stuffed crusts on for Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening. Available on all sizes 🥳🥳

It’s looking like it’s gonna be a sell out, we’re wanting to break our record here so there’s a lot of dough but this should make it a nice early finish I imagine 🤓

Make sure to get in early, get your pre orders in early etc etc.

Seeing as the sun is shining we’re open today 12-3 serving our gelato made in house, first of its kind in Lewis and Harris (correct me if I’m wrong)🤓

**We’ll get better at presentation of it! My instagram for you page is all ice cream and gelato shops right now. That one in the bottom right is Juicy Peach and we made the sauce from scratch, I’ll pipe it on next time instead of turning the tub upside down over it 😇😆**

Shen’s Cafe (Finally) has a page! That was a long wait and after all the back and forths with Facebook they either decided to delete it or it just got removed for inactivity. 🫠

There’s lots to catch up on since we still had an instagram to post on. Make sure to follow the page to see all that’s happened since last time we were on Facebook and still worked out of where Bank Street Pizzeria is now 🤓

In the meantime it’s looking like a busy weekend ahead for us here so make sure to get pre orders in early, especially deliveries if you’re wanting to avoid waiting times! We’ll see you all on the other side 🫡

**If you’ve made it this far we’ve got great news for you! Next weekend there will be a few flavours of gelato back in the display as we get ready for a busy season and start messing around with flavours early. Last year when we launched it was a very soft launch but we’ve nailed our recipe for the base mix and couldn’t be happier with it and we can’t wait to see all the happy faces on our two nice days of the year 🤞🏻**

Hi folks ( fans),
We are changing the menu for here over the next two months. Upgrading sides, changing names and maybe making a few changes to the pizzas. Haven’t made many decisions or tried things out yet but this is a great time to ask all you wonderful people for some help with the names. For example the “Chicago” pizza will definitely be changing! It’s meaningless and lame. Strongly considering naming all our pizzas after different beaches on the island. However, if we can (with your help) just come up with cool island inspired names then that may be another way to go because I’d miss the “Mother Clucker” and all the old yins trying to make sure they say it correctly over the phone 😆
