👨🍳 Part-Time Cook Required – The Swan Inn 👨🍳
We are looking for an experienced cook to join our kitchen team on a part-time basis.
The role:
🍽️ Usually 2 days per week
🍽️ Lone-working position
🍽️ Preparation and service of food to a high standard
🍽️ Maintaining cleanliness and food hygiene standards
What we're looking for:
✅ Previous experience as a line chef/cook is essential
✅ Confident working independently and managing a kitchen alone
✅ Reliable, organised and able to work well under pressure complying to a spec manual
✅ Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety procedures

Please note: This role does not have contracted hours. The successful applicant will usually receive 2 days per week, with opportunities for additional shifts. As part of a job-share arrangement, you will be expected to help cover holidays, sickness and other absences where reasonably possible.
Please only apply if you have relevant kitchen experience, as this is a sole-charge role and you will be expected to confidently run the kitchen during your shifts.
