Last week, we celebrated a full year of our Pensioner's Pump class!🎈

It has been an incredible journey and a remarkable success 🙌🏼. Here at BodyBank, we are delighted by the number of seniors who have joined this class and their ongoing commitment to training with us 👥️👥️👥️

The concept of the "hour of power" for retirees was introduced by Peter Wilkinson. He was incredibly enthusiastic about establishing a class for this age group💯👏🏼 The credit for the class name also goes to Pete! It has certainly attracted a lot of interest👀

Our fitness instructors, Elena and Roy, who recently took over one of the sessions, lead the class with great passion and energy. We want to express our gratitude to them for supporting Peter's vision and making it a reality🪄✨️

It has been wonderful to witness Pensioner's Pump evolve into a unique fitness community for older adults that continues to grow!💪🏼💪🏼 The class has gained such popularity that we have added two more sessions this spring!

We want to extend our thanks to everyone involved in the Pensioner's Pump movement. Well done for being such dedicated and hardworking gym enthusiasts!💝🫶🏼
