Been Alton Towers today and staying in cbeebies hotel, from what I've heard I didn’t trust them enough to eat here so brought packed lunch for dinner and we went to The Star at Cotton 10 min drive down the road for tea.

Fab gluten free menu and they confirmed separate fryers etc, I went for the chicken and ham pie which was delicious. Other options included fish and chips, chicken tikka pittas, lamb burger and steaks.

Very thankful for the cbeebies hotel having mini fridges in the rooms, a pot of m&s overnight oats in for breakfast, and one of Three Sweet Peakes fab bacon turnovers keeping chilled which was casually defrosting in the chill bag while in the park today ready for park day two lunch tomorrow!
