Today marks two years since we arrived at The Armoury - how time flies when you’re running a pub!

Our second year here saw the completion of the roundabout works, some fun renovations to the pub, the highs and lows of the World Cup, the unshakeable spirit of the County Faithful, and countless pints and laughs shared over the bar.

We’re honoured to serve such a fantastic community, and we look forward to what the next year brings. We’ll be here for it all, the good days, the bad days, the wins and the losses. To everyone who calls us their local, thank you so much for your continued support.

We’ll be hanging out on the right side of the bar for a bit this evening so that we can raise a glass, share some cake and catch up with you all. Cheers to 2 years! 🍻

This one’s for you 🫡

Throwback is a five-hopped, sessionable English bitter, perfect for sipping by the fire now that the nights are drawing in! With a traditional flavour profile and a rich golden amber colour, this is a pint to settle into Autumn with.

Tapped and ready to go, as always our limited editions are here for a good time, not a long time, so get it before it’s gone! Cheers 🍻

Friday 2nd October will mark 2 years since we arrived at The Armoury, and we’d love to celebrate with everyone who has supported us and helped make the last two years so special - including YOU!

Join us from 7pm on Friday for drinks and cake, we’re looking forward to raising a glass with you all. Cheers to 2 years! 🍻

This post looks like a little brag about our big beasty new cellar cooling… until slide 5. It’s a real rollercoaster 😅

The weather might have taken a dip, but if you fancy sipping on something that tastes like sunshine, celebrating the last leg of summer or just really enjoy listening to Pete’s teeth chatter after he’s been down in the cellar (which is weird 🤨 but we don’t judge) then we’ll see you at the bar. Cheers 🍻
