Happy Friday Everyone

Now the weather is distinctly colder we have some homemade soups for you -

- Broccoli and Stilton
- Red Lentil, Bacon and chilli
- French Onion
- Winter Veg and Pearl Barley

(If anyone is friends / neighbours with a lovely lady that wears a mask in public, petit framed, blond hair please tell her we have soup with barley as she has requested it a few times…random i know 🤣)

Homemade chilli and chicken curry also available along with all our other popular breakfast and lunch items 😗

We are closed Tuesday 30th September from
11.30 am, apologies for the inconvenience.

Our café family is deeply saddened by the loss of our much-loved Harry. He brought warmth, kindness, and joy (and a hell of a lot of mischief) to all who knew him, and he will be greatly missed. We will be attending his funeral to honor his memory, and we thank you for your understanding during this time. Rest peacefully, dear Harry.

Front of House Assistant

We are looking to add a new member to our team .. part time hours initially (these are negotiable as includes training but will include at least one of Saturday / Sunday).

Our ideal new team member lives locally, has good people skills and has a basic grasp of maths and english. Annoyingly our storage is in the basement so if you can’t handle stairs this is not for you 😏

Responsibilities will include order taking, drink prep, order serving, cleaning front of house and general hospitality chores 🙂

What a fabulous day, the Bacon Butty and a Brew offer (£3) kick started the day and we just didn’t stop.. the breakfast panini was a best seller and a lucky few sampled the new cake offering…
