Today’s lunch came from Barm & Beyond, and this Lime Chicken Salad Box is a proper winner.

Packed with fresh salad, tender lime chicken, bulgar wheat, mint yoghurt dressing and plenty of flavour, it’s the kind of meal that fills you up without leaving you feeling sluggish.

If you’re trying to eat a bit cleaner, counting calories, or just fancy a fresh lunch option in Stockport, this is definitely worth checking out.
