Passing of Queen Elizabeth ll

We’ve been discussing her Majesty Queen Elizabeth ll funeral with both colleagues and customers this week to understand how to proceed this coming Monday.

Our customer base is mixed, who have given us slightly different views on the matter. Therefore we have decided to open with changes made to our standard day:

◾️ we will be operating between the times of 7am - 5pm
◾️closing at 10:45am - 1pm
◾️our customers will be asked to observe and reflect on the atmosphere, accepting others might be processing the event differently
◾️team members will be wearing black t-shirts as a mark of respect

We thank you, for your understanding, compassion and cooperation during this historic and unprecedented occasion.

we decided to do our charity event for Cancer Research UK One of our amazing regular customers and friend gill is currently being treated for the 2nd time with non hodgkins lymphoma and still coming in to see us with a big smile on her face shes truly inspiring 💕 My best friend is on his 14th cycle of chemo being treated for myeloma which is a bone marrow cancer there is currently no cure for this and the only way to prolong life is through a stell cem transplant. We have raised £350 which is truly amazing thankyou so much to everyone who supported us buying raffle tickets and cakes and to my absolutely amazing team for their fab cakes and hardwork 💪💪❤❤
