🚨 OUR PUBS ARE GROWING — AND SO IS OUR TEAM! 🚨

Following the continued success and growth across our three sites, our independent, family-run hospitality business is looking for outstanding General Managers and Managers to join our team.

🏡 Three beautiful village pubs:
🍺 The Bell – Odell
🍺 The French Horn – Steppingley
🍺 The Three Tuns – Biddenham

We’re looking for strong, experienced hospitality leaders who love great pubs, take pride in high standards and know how to build, motivate and lead fantastic teams.

As a family-run business, we believe in knowing our people, supporting our teams and giving our managers the freedom and opportunity to make a real difference in their pubs.

This is an exciting time to join us. Our pubs are performing strongly, our business is growing, and we want ambitious people who can grow with us.

⭐ General Manager & Manager opportunities
⭐ Independent, family-run business
⭐ Successful, established venues
⭐ Fresh food & genuine village pubs
⭐ Supportive multi-site team
⭐ Real opportunity to make your mark and progress
