We are family owned and run business serving only the freshest Street Food inspired dishes based on recipes gathered from our travels around the world. Cooking feasts from far-away places, Ed Dibbles at the Park is Salisbury's only dedicated vegetarian and vegan restaurant! Everyone is welcome - whether you're a lifelong vegan or dedicated omnivore, we'll have something packed with flavour for you

to enjoy. Our seasonal menu is typically small (like our kitchen!) but changes every few weeks. Lunch from Wednesday to Friday always features signature sandwiches, soups, salads, and other street food snacks, whilst our evening dishes served from Thursday to Saturday include a choice of nibbles, curries, 'Big Fill' burgers, noodles, and bakes. Whether it's daytime or evening, there's always a selection of homemade cakes and decadent desserts to satisfy your sweet tooth too...

On Saturday, we celebrate the weekend with brunch, but this isn't brunch as you know it! Think Mexican inspired scrambled tofu, Middle Eastern ful medames, and American waffles, to name but a few... Be sure to try our infamous Mumbai disco eggs (or 'no eggs') for a dish with a difference! In addition, we create bespoke buffets to suit any budget for delivery within Salisbury and the surrounding areas, as well as street food style menus for gatherings at the cafe or your own private venue.
