PROSECCO & STRAWBERRY has to be one of the least selected flavours for my tasting boxes.

Yet when couples do include it in their selection, nine times out of ten it ends up becoming one of the flavours they choose for their wedding cake.

In fact, one of my couples this year loved it so much they wanted it for all four tiers!

Paired with either a strawberry conserve filling or roasted strawberries, it's light, refreshing and beautifully delicate.

As someone who isn't even a prosecco drinker myself, I completely understand the hesitation. But my goodness...it tastes incredible.

It's a flavour that quietly surprises people and then suddenly becomes their favourite.

Would you hesitate to choose Prosecco & Strawberry as one of your five tasting box flavours?

I have one word for this set up - DRAMATIC

The red draping, silverware, the flowers and of course the desserts themselves, made the most amazing back drop to Gemma + Dan's sweetheart table at newest venue.

Gemma + Dan wanted to create a dessert table of abundance and that's certainly what we achieved.

With a trio of cakes, cupcakes, a prosecco jelly tower, chocolate chip shortbread cookies, gourmet macarons and Belgian chocolate cakesicles, there truly was something for everyone!

A big thank you to the ever so talented Clare of for the stunning flower displays 🤍

My cake sample boxes are included as part of your experience. Their main purpose is to help you choose your final cake flavours (arguably one of the best parts!). You’ll be able to select five flavours from my full flavour collection - no limits, just your favourites.

FOR COUPLES WHO'D LIKE TO TRY BEFORE COMMITTING

If you’re still deciding, you can order a sample box for £35 + £12 next day delivery. Should you go on to book with me, that £35 is deducted from your final invoice.

Flavour choices here are based on what I have available at the time - I’ll send you the current list so you can pick your five.

TREAT BOXES (because why not?)

Treat boxes are also £35 + £12 next day delivery, with my current flavour list available on request.
