Celebrating Spritz season with the arrival of the uber stylish SELECT SPRITZ this Summer at The Hoot. Created in the 1920's Venice as the must have aperitivo. More bitter than an Aperol but surprisingly more refreshing. Over 30 botanicals are blended to creare this beautiful ruby red cooler. Served with ice, prosecco and a dash of soda, finished with a green olive. Perfect for catching the last of afternoon sun with.
