NEW TOYS!!!!

Something I never EVER stop thinking about, is new toys for the café.

Your café purchases help me do this, when I say that I really do mean it, every cappuccino, latte, slice of cake, breakfast or lunch make this possible, if there's something left in the pot youll bet it goes back into the café for your enjoyment 🥰
I love our little place i hope you do too 💗

All our old toys will be in a box at the front of the cafe Tuesday if your little one wants something to take home.

📣 MORE PLAY, LESS TO PAY! 🛝💙

Did you know that children’s indoor play admissions are currently subject to 20% VAT? 💷 So every time you come to play, 20% of your admission goes straight to HMRC!
So not only do we lose 20% VAT on pretty much everything we sell, we also lose 20% of the play admission too.

So we have signed the petition, because why should play be taxed!

The More Play, Less to Pay campaign is calling for this to be reduced from 20% to 0%, helping make days out and children’s play more affordable for families. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦✨

We’re asking our Fox families and local community to sign the official UK Parliament petition and help support the campaign! ✍️

Every signature counts — let’s help make more play, less to pay a reality! 💙💛

Its not just play, its yours and their wellbeing, their focus, their little hands and mind learning and the wonder they hold on every visit.

£6 admission thats £1 to HMRC not you and not us, what does that leave for us as a business £5 to replenish equipment, energy bills, waste bills, rent and charges, staff wages just to name a few! Its a crazy world we are trying to survive in a job we love!

What an absolute pleasure it has been to read to you all today. We hoped you have all enjoyed your visit as much as us hosting our very good friend The Gruffalo 🥰 and Granny of course from our very good friend Little Brown Mouse Play Cafe. Our Gruffalo themed play cafe!

Its been a truly beautiful day topped off with some musical anthems with Lilly on our deep clean of our soft play!

We are all set for a new germ free 🙌 week ahead yesss!

Birthday celebrations completed im officially 40! Ive sunk far too many Sangrias 🤭🍷and in desperate need of a bacon sandwich 😋
Im Back to it tomorrow, so ill see you all at the play cafe Saturday sessions at
10am and 12pm.

Sunday we have the Gruffalo visiting with the new book Gruffalo Granny
10am and 12pm.

Monday onwards, sessions 9.30am 11.15am 1.15pm for a new week, new toys, new move around

Ps.
After packing my bag with jumpers, wooly pyjamas ect for a cold what I thought was a tent somewhere off grid - (would of been lovely too) my husband only tipped it upside down emptying the whole thing 😬 passed me my passport and said you better re pack were off to Costa brava tossa de ma with just 6 hours notice and that was sleep time 🫣
Ive had an incredible 3 nights, i got my own back on gaz and made him climb up not 1 but 2 cliffs 🤣ive had much needed rest and alittle to much alcohol but hey ho im 40! Ive had new toys at the Café so a birthday for me and for the café 🥰

Just a reminder im open today! Monday! But closed Tuesday Wednesday Thursday and Friday this week!!!! Spaces available today at 1:15pm

Just a heads up 🤗 ive been told by Mr Fox aka the husband, im closed next week for my birthday 🤭 im entering the 40 club 🤪

So i will be hear and open Monday 21st September but then Closed Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday that week.

Back open Saturday 26th September.

Open as normal this week so get those play sessions booked 🧸
