The Bell is owned by Rachael Martin (known as Raqi) to many. I have been managing The Bell for over 7 years and ventured to buying it 2025. The village is at the heart of what The Bell is about. I’m a big supporter of both our FCs, Great Paxton has secured a sponsorship with G.O.A.T barbers in St Neots…..so I said I’d promote them as they have sponsored a team I support!

Please give them a try if you don’t already use them, let them know you heard about them through the FC or The Bell.

We getting back to some normality!

The bar area has nearly been finished painting, the carpet to be removed and new flooring put down still to be done, the doors and wood to be painted and the dining room still to be done, but a lot has been achieved so far.

Open today 12-230 and again from 6pm
Food 12-2 and 6-9

The chef returns from holidays today and I can get back to some kind of normality.

Sun is out again and it’s set to be warm one.

A reminder our phone lines are not working and I’m currently struggling to find the root cause.

Open all day today, we are hosting a charity race night for OBAS this evening and therefore the restaurant is closed as we cater for that. The race night is in the marquee and the bar remains open.

We have our monthly quiz at 7pm

Great Paxton FC have a friendly at 3pm at the rec ground. Grab a pint and go cheer them on.

I wanted this from the get go! But other work needed to be completed first!

But god I’m in love with yet another big job The Bell I felt needed!

Work will be done on the adjoining patio ready for next summer and to integrate it all.

The patio is now a NO SMOKING AREA
