We hope you can all join us this coming Friday for Becca’s last shift before she leaves us to move forward and dedicate her full time as a coach for Mov3ment Gym!!

Becca has been part of the family for the past 4 and half years, and in that time she’s become everyone’s right-hand woman, the calm within the storm, and simply an amazing person to have around as a friend and colleague ❤️

We’re so proud of you and cannot wait to see you progress, grow and smash this next chapter! You’ll be hugely missed, but thankfully we’ve been promised you won’t be a stranger!

Come and give her the send-off she deserves! 🥂✨

We'd like to extend an invite to everyone to join us in raising a glass to celebrate the life of Katie Gowland this coming Saturday, 11th July at 3pm downstairs in the pub. Let's all raise a glass as we laugh, cry, share happy stories and remember her lovely warmth.

A big thank you to everyone who braved the heat and came down over the weekend for the festival, we had a great time although we all ache now!
Thank you to the amazing acts that we had performing, a massive thank you to the staff who have worked 200% non stop over the weekend and the days leading up to it. Thank you to the young sound engineers who made everything go smoothly without a hiccup and to Callum for proving the PA system. A big thank you to Julie and Grant for organising a lot of the festival and sorting bands out for many venues who normally don’t do live music.
We’re already on with planning next years festival which as always will be on the last weekend of June, but we hope to see you all again long before that comes around again!
