🇧🇪 3 NEW GUEST SOUR BOTTLES! 🇧🇪
DEN HERBERG GEUS GENEREUS, 6.7%, BELGIUM
This is an exceptional Old Gueuze. A blend of Den Herberg lambics aged 4, 5, 6, and 7 years - matured in traditional oak barrels - then bottle aged for a further 2 years.
This aging gives unparalleled depth and complexity. The subtle notes of vanilla from the oak aging, a refined acidity, a light vinous touch, and a distinct dryness.
SAKO KRIEK ADELAAR, 6.5%, BELGIUM
Cherry Lambic, matured in old oak wine barrels with 400g/litre of cherries added. Deeply tart, fruit forward, funky notes of lambic, along with cinnamon and almond notes.
HOF TEN DORMAAL SLOE, 6.2%, BELGIUM
Sloeberry Wild Farmhouse Sour. Tart, with sharp fruity notes of the 7 month aged sloeberries. All the grains, malts and hops are grown on the brewery's family farm.
