❤️ SIMON’S SPECIAL ❤️

Some dishes mean more than just food.

Simon was one of our lovely regular customers, and whenever he came to Taste of Madeira, he would ask us to make this special dish for him. It became his meal — something we always knew he enjoyed.

Sadly, Simon has passed away, and we were very saddened to hear the news. We wanted to do something small but meaningful to remember him by.

So, in his memory, we are adding “Simon’s Special” to our menu. ❤️

Every time we prepare this dish, there will be a little reminder of a familiar face who supported our restaurant and became part of the Taste of Madeira family.

This one is for you, Simon. 🕊️❤️
Gone, but certainly not forgotten.
