3 evening shifts (4 1/2 hrs per evening shift) assisting fryer, handling raw fish and cleaning prep room. More shifts maybe available in the future

Strong character with grit needed for a part time kitchen Porter role:
3 mornings (2 hrs/shift) preparing for the shop to open in the mornings including preparing the chips for the day.
3 evening shifts (4 1/2 hrs) assisting the fish fryer and cleaning and maintaining the back kitchen/prep room. You must be able to lift bags of potatoes and be able to handle raw fish.
