After 6 amazing years, the time has come to say goodbye to Little Big Village.

We would like to place on record our thanks to Nick & Sarah for creating this amazing place where so many memories were made over the years.

Also, a huge thanks to the previous owner Mandi who held the fort when Nick & Sarah sold the business.

Another huge thank you goes to the staff, past and present.

The biggest thank you goes to you, the loyal customers. We’ve watched your children grow up. We’ve watched friendships blossom! We couldn’t have got this far without you, so thank you.

This isn’t the end, though.

It’s time to welcome Mini Town - Role Play & Café to Locks Heath.

A gentle reminder – Our No Outside Food/Drink Policy 🌟

We kindly ask that visitors do not bring outside food into Mini Town to consume during their visit.

We completely understand the convenience of packed lunches and snacks, especially when visiting with little ones. However, as a play café, we have this policy in place for a few important reasons:

🥜 Keeping Everyone Safe

Many of our visitors live with serious allergies and food intolerances. By knowing exactly what food is being consumed on-site, we can help create a safer environment for everyone. Introducing outside food increases the risk of accidental exposure to allergens that we work hard to manage.

🧼 Cleanliness & Hygiene

We are proud to maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and hold a 5⭐ hygiene rating. While we carefully monitor and prepare all food served from our kitchen, we cannot do the same for food brought in from elsewhere.

☕ Supporting a Small Business

Every coffee, lunch, snack, and treat purchased helps us continue providing a magical play space for families. Your support helps us look after our wonderful team, work with local suppliers, maintain our facilities, and continue offering FREE adult entry.

Recently, we've noticed a significant increase in outside food being consumed on-site, and unfortunately we've also had to clean up large amounts of food left on tables, floors, and even in the play areas. We know this isn't intentional, but it does create additional work for our team.

Our menu has been thoughtfully designed with both children and adults in mind, including options for a range of dietary requirements and allergies. If you have specific needs, please get in touch before your visit and we'll do our best to help.

Of course, baby milk, water bottles, and baby weaning pouches are absolutely fine, and we're always happy to warm bottles using warm water if needed.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support. We truly appreciate every family that chooses to visit Mini Town and help us keep this special space running for everyone. 💛
