Meet the driving force behind The Jetty menus: Chef Patron Alex Aitken and Executive Chef Matt Tomkinson.

Chef Alex is one of the South’s most respected chefs, with over 40 years of experience and 25 years spent cooking in the New Forest. After earning a Michelin Star in 1995 at his acclaimed restaurant Le Poussin in Brockenhurst, Hampshire, he is now Chef Patron of The Jetty restaurants, where he continues to champion exceptional local produce and refined coastal dining.

Matthew is a Michelin-starred chef and winner of the prestigious Roux Scholarship, having spent eight years at The Montagu Arms in Beaulieu, where he earned and retained a Michelin star. At The Jetty, he brings a deep respect for seasonal produce and coastal flavours, celebrating the very best of British ingredients.

Ideal for a summertime lunch, Mirabeau Rosé Spritz is lightly effervescent with bright flavours of ripe raspberry, balanced with the delicate floral notes of orange blossom, perfectly complemented by the rose's silky mouth feel with vibrant pink grapefruit notes. ​
