We’re lifting the curtain on our four businesses and the reality of Scottish hospitality challenges in 2026 — the craft, the sacrifice, the community, and the responsibility that comes with doing things the right way.

This series will follow:

• business growth (and the growing pains)
• why we keep going when it gets tough
• how we plan our year — and implement it
• the true reality facing Scottish restaurants today
• our journey through the seasons
• the power of community
• our Scottish larder, our suppliers, and our fight to help fix a broken dining ecosystem

It’s a big job.
But little steps forward, every day, get us there.

It’s been a crazy year for us! Lots of different things going on which unfortunately has impacted on our regular opening times and service, so all we can say is thank you for your understanding and support! We honestly can’t thank you enough!

We can confirm it’s fairly hard to open up a new tapa Bar & new kitchen (in another village) in the same year 😂

aka Vinnie our man behind the oven, has hit the ground running! Really brought the energy we have missed! So it’s time to get back to what we do best!
