Lazy Sunday today and I have the best husband , followed by . Lunch out today with friends , followed by snoozing on the sofa . I’m a bit pooped after the last few months and we’re still not out of the woods yet so definitely treating myself to a day doing sod all . Have a wonderful Sunday everyone wherever you may be and who never you may be spending it with.

I wish this was “smell-a-gram” 🤣 the sweet aroma of these sticky sweet orange and cinnamon rolls is intoxicating. I’m all of a dither . if course . Plus MR Black and I will have to perform a taste test for quality assurance of course …. These beauties are on their second rise so I’m not very good at waiting , my Dad .bond45 will tell you that I am impulsive and it’s a family joke that I couldn’t keep a secret so it’s a challenge to wait for the rise. Anyhow that’s the joy of baking yeast products . My range of bread and risen products is growing , they’ll be on a website for sale soon . thanks for the recipe 🙏

Omg I’ve just noticed this ! It’s making me have sweet little tears of joy and appreciation of all you wonderful people . This means so much to a small business owner . We might have made ourselves unwell running a physical shop but we’re forging forward with learning to do business in a different way that takes up less time , serves more of the gluten free North Devon community and is physically less demanding . Much gratitude, this is brilliant news that we’ve reached 1000 followers . Maybe it’s giveaway time , let me have a think . You’re all superstars , thank you x

today in the US. So if you’re a lover then here’s a brilliant use of it . This from is called and was a smashing favourite on our lunch menu . We used to serve it with coconut rice . Utterly delicious and so simple and tasty . Coming soon in my range of ready meals that I will be able to deliver locally ( subject to min spend). Business integrity is important to me ,if you’re you’ll be happy to know this . My kitchen is ONLY GLUTEN FREE . It’s not part of a kitchen or a good clean down inbetween or separate cooking days - ITS A TOTALLY SEPARATE DEDICATED KITCHEN . Nothing passes it’s way onto my shelves without double checking ingredient claims and scanning the app. I say this as I’m seeing a lot of people offering gluten free products as an add on to their regular menu . Gf flapjacks for instance , oats are naturally gf of course but unless they are marked as gf oats there is a chance of contamination. And that my friends puts the price up too by a merry mile ! All of my cooking equipment is separated and was new at first use . When we changed to a gf shop there were so many things on our shelves that we could no longer stock as they had warnings of “ packed in an environment where gluten may be present etc”, such a waste but we couldn’t take the risk . JUS’ SAYING … With much love x
