Team Tuesday, and this one's for Jay and Ellie.
Friday marks 3 years of KIBOU Cambridge, and two people have been there for every single one of them.
Jay, now Senior Head Chef. Ellie, who joined as Cambridge GM and is now our Operations Manager. Both started on day one. Both have become two of the most important people in the whole business.
Ask the Cambridge team what makes them special and you'll hear the same things. They know what you need before you do yourself. They're on the pass when it's slammed on a Saturday. They stay behind after close to check the team's alright, and to share a drink! Steady, generous, all in.
Cambridge wouldn't be Cambridge without you both.
Thank you for everything you bring to KIBOU, and happy birthday, Cambridge.

Our new KIDS MENU is built for exactly this moment. Bento boxes with chicken katsu, teriyaki or pumpkin korokke, plus edamame, mango onigiri and a chocolate mochi to finish. There's also katsu curry and ramen on there, for the ones who already know what they like. Plus a handy origami model sheet to keep them entertained until the food arrives.

This is Louis.
You can spot him at many of our restaurants, and his happy place is always behind the bar.
He's got all the moves, throws plenty of shapes, and mixes up some pretty knockout cocktails at the same time.
He also works with all our bar managers to create the range of imaginative Japanese-inspired cocktails you see on our menu, curates our drinks list, and is a master when it comes to knowing his sake serves.
Come raise a glass to him next time you visit.
