🎸🎤🎶 See August out with more live music this Bank Holiday Monday with the return of the fabulous News for Parrots! They were amazing last year and we are thrilled to be welcoming them back!

Accompanied by a BBQ using local meats, it is the place to be on Bank Holiday Monday.

🎉 TWO BIG DAYS AT THE RED LION! 🎉

Kicking off TODAY, Friday 21st August (2pm–6pm) with our Family Fun Day, raising funds to send our local dance team, Impact, to the Allstar World Championships in Florida! Live music from The Orchids, BBQ, games, stalls, face painting, dancing and a raffle. Free entry, all welcome!

Then we're straight into NEIL FEST on Saturday 22nd August, from 3pm — a feast of music to celebrate a life, in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support. Live sets from The Forever Test, stunning vocalist Michelle Michael, the fabulous Martin Goodson, Helen & Andy's debut and loads more guests, plus a BBQ, raffle (1st prize an electric guitar!) and an ice cream van.

⚠️ Our usual kitchen menu is taking a break for these two days, but the BBQ will be firing for both events — so don't go hungry!

Two brilliant causes, two brilliant days of live music, food and fun — see you at the Red Lion! 🎸🍦
