📢 Exciting Update from Gurkha 19!

We’re pleased to let you know that we are currently trialling a new AI system to help answer your calls for takeaway collections and table bookings.

As part of this trial period, the AI will:
• Take collection (pick-up) orders
• Manage table reservations

For delivery orders, the AI will forward your call directly to the restaurant, and a member of our team will personally take your order as usual.

This is only a trial, as we’re always looking for ways to improve our service and reduce waiting times on the phone. Your experience matters to us, so we would truly appreciate your feedback during this period to help us make any necessary improvements.

At Gurkha 19 Sleaford, we’re proud to always give back to our amazing Sleaford community! ❤️

We regularly support small charity events by donating raffle tickets to local fundraisers organised by individuals or community groups. Every year, we also host the Mayor of Sleaford’s Charity Event, helping to raise around £400–£500 for the Mayor’s chosen charity. 🙌

We’re truly grateful to be part of such a caring and supportive town, and we’ll always stay committed to giving back whenever we can. 💪

We’re proud to share that after our latest council inspection, we’ve once again been awarded a 5 Star rating for food hygiene! 🎉

This marks our 4th consecutive year maintaining the highest standard, after moving up from 4 stars back in 2021. Since then, we’ve stayed committed to keeping things clean, safe, and top-quality for our customers — and it shows. 🙌
