I meanโ€ฆ REALLY!? The sign is right there! ๐Ÿ˜ฎ๐Ÿ•

We LOVE dogs, but we do have a few simple rules. Dogs arenโ€™t allowed on the furniture, and they must be kept under control at all times. Seats are for human bums! ๐Ÿ˜‰

Most of our customers are more than happy to respect this, so we donโ€™t think itโ€™s too much to ask.

Unfortunately, one of our team was given unnecessary abuse last night after politely reminding a customer of the rule. Our staff come to work to do their jobs, not to be intimidated or made to feel uncomfortable.

So, just to be clear: we have zero tolerance for threatening or intimidating behaviour. Where appropriate, incidents will be reported to the police.

We love having well-behaved dogs in the B**r Engine. We just ask that their owners are equally well behaved. In this case, the dog was actually better behaved than the people it was with! ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ•

The people who were with this Dog will not be welcome here again.
