Set in the stunning Broughton estate, you'll find us traditional in style with open fires; flagged stone floors; good old furniture and lots of rugs and plants. Internally, the bar sits at the heart of things with an array of cask ales, shelves full of gins, whiskies and rum to welcome you as you walk through the doors and a wine list of around 50 or so wines. Downstairs, we have another cosy room behind the bar which would comfortably sit up to 20 for a private gathering.

It’s our dog walk this Sunday 🥾🐶

The weatherman is telling us it will be 19 degrees and a chance of rain in the early morning so a cooler walk maybe on the cards , please stay hydrated and cool if you wish to join us ☀️

Please make sure your booked on the guestlist by heading to our website and
clicking the “what’s on” icon you will see a page that says “Monthly Pub Walk” so we can make everyone has bacon butty before the walk 🫶🏻

We will be meeting at The Bull for 9:30 where you can fuel up with a coffee and a bacon sandwich for a lovely walk around Broughton Sanctuary, we aim to be back at the pub for 12 o’clock just in time for a lovely delicious Sunday roast if you fancy it

Meet Lizzie 🪄

Lizzie has worked here at The Bull for 8 months whilst having a stop gap after her bachelors degree.

Lizzie studied Law at the University of Nottingham and then she wishes to do her masters in London studying at London School of Economics…

In her spare time you will catch Lizzie making her own earrings and playing her harmonica , how groovy does this sound 🎶💍

Her favourite all time tv show is “The Adventures of Merlin” from 2008 which is loosely based around the mythology of Arthurian Legends 🧙🪄

A proper G&T done right 🍸

Let’s set off with the classic a Hendrick's Gin a smooth, crisp and finished with its signature cucumber garnish or possibly we could tempt you with our new Orange Blossom & Cacao Bean edition bringing a bright citrus, soft floral notes and a hint of rich cacao.

Either of them served simply with fresh cucumber slices and your choice of elderflower tonic for a lighter floral touch, or Mediterranean tonic for a fuller citrus finish.
