If you run a breakfast joint anywhere in Lancashire, do yourself a favor: do not come to Cafe Seven on Lyndale in Ashurst. It will completely ruin your confidence. What the team here is doing is an absolute clinic in hospitality, efficiency, and flawless comfort food.
I traveled from the USA to visit my family in Bryn and thought of having a real British breakfast even before I arrived and as I had inflated how good they were to my wife and daughter did not want to be let down.
As someone who appreciates the fine margin between a "standard fry-up" and breakfast mastery, I was floored by the flawless consistency. The kitchen team handles a rush like an absolute machine, yet nothing feels rushed. The thick-cut bacon has that perfect balance of crisp edge and deep flavor, the sausages actually taste premium, the hash browns hit a level of outer crunch and fluffy center that defies science, and the poached eggs are timed to the exact second. I would make this my 1st stop after landing everytime. Thank You
