I would like to thank you all for showing up to the course — it was so much fun!!! 👏

I hope you had time to taste everything. You have done such a great job. Please don’t hesitate to share your meals with us; we would love to see them.

We had a great opportunity to meet each other, learn how pasta dough is made from scratch, see how it behaves, let it rest, explore some ready-made pasta shapes, and then have a go ourselves.

We created lovely and unique pasta shapes using different tools — rolling pins, pasta machines even our fingers.

A big thank you to Chris and Tony for providing all the equipment and ingredients, and for allowing us to host this at the restaurant.

P.S. I will post my cooked pasta at this post later on 😊
