It’s with extreme sadness that I share that The Mill Restaurant will be closing its doors on Sunday 28th September.
A post we didn't think we would be writing so soon.

We’ve only been open a year, but in that short time, we’ve been lucky to serve a community of wonderful customers and work alongside an incredible team. This journey has meant so much to us, and while this isn’t how we hoped it would end, we’re proud of what we created.

To our amazing customers, thank you for your loyalty, your kindness, and for making The Mill part of your lives. To our incredible staff, you’ve poured your hearts into this place, and we are so grateful for all you’ve given.

Gift vouchers can still be used any time before 28th September, so if you’ve been meaning to visit, we’d love to welcome you in before we say goodbye.

A big shout-out to our amazing crew from McLaughlin Catering, working hard in Markeee Courtyard, cooking up a storm for a special event hosted by Markree for the German and Irish Tourist Boards!

Barry led the kitchen with passion, creating a menu that showcased the very best of local Irish produce, fresh, seasonal, and full of flavour!

A brilliant day celebrating Irish food, culture, and international connections. Thanks to everyone who made it a success!
