🎉 10 YEARS OF THE SHED 🎉
Today is a pretty special day for us.
10 years ago today, The Shed opened its doors for the very first time. ❤️
It’s quite hard to put into words what it feels like to say that.
Over the last decade, thousands of people have walked through our doors. There have been countless coffees and cakes, friendships made, familiar faces who have become part of The Shed family, and so many memories along the way.
It hasn’t always been easy.
We’ve had some incredible highs, but we’ve also had our fair share of lows. Flooding, Covid, closures, uncertainty and those moments when you genuinely wonder what comes next.
But somehow, through all of it, The Shed kept going.
And the biggest reason for that is all of you.
Every person who has walked through our door, bought a coffee, brought a friend, recommended us, worked alongside us, supplied us, supported us through the difficult times or simply kept coming back — you have played a part in keeping The Shed here.
For an independent little café to be able to say “we’ve been here for 10 years” means more to us than we can really say.
So today isn’t just our birthday. It’s a celebration of everyone who has been part of The Shed over the last decade.
🎂 Come down and celebrate with us today, have a piece of birthday cake and raise a coffee to the last 10 years.
