A colourful plant-based take on Bara Chirashi Sushi — a Japanese style of scattered sushi. Seasoned sushi rice is topped with a vibrant mix of fresh vegetables, tofu, avocado, pickles and seaweed, finished with sesame seeds.

Fresh, colourful and full of flavour — a beautiful taste of Japan, made entirely vegan.
