What a totally groovy night! 🕺✨

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came along to our 80s Night and made it such an incredible blast from the past! The dance floor was buzzing, the outfits were amazing, and the atmosphere was absolutely electric.

The pub was transformed with full 80s decorations, and everyone got into the spirit with glow sticks, glow accessories, 80s bucket hats, inflatable guitars, and microphones – it really felt like we’d stepped back in time! 🪩🎸🎤

Thanks to your generosity, we also raised money for Macmillan, supporting such a fantastic cause. 💚

A special shout-out and massive thank you to DJ Martin C for providing an amazing soundtrack all night and keeping everyone up on the dance floor.

Thank you to everyone who came along, dressed up, danced, laughed, and helped make the night such a success. We had an absolute blast and hope you did too! Until the next one… keep it groovy! 💜✨

You’ve been part of the heart and soul of this pub for so many years, filling it with laughter, stories, and great memories. While we’re sad to see you leave Shoreham, we’re so happy that you’re heading off to another beautiful spot by the sea – somewhere peaceful and perfect for your next adventure.

Thank you for all the years of friendship and support. You’ll always have a place here, and the door will always be open whenever you fancy popping back for a pint and a catch-up.

The pub will be totally on theme with 80s decs EVERYWHERE; for a charity donation we'll have glow stick accessories for £1 each and 80s bucket hats for £5 as well as spin the wheel, a 'best dressed' competition (wins a prize, of course) and the most memorable music of the 80s from the one and only, DJ Martin C with the dance floor open to boogie your night away!🕺💃

It's so important to us, at the Waterside Pub, that we showcase lots of different styles and genres of music and happily lend our stage to the many, many talented musicians in our local area.

Leigh-Anne has been recently appointed our new entertainments manager and is already looking into the music nights for next year so we want to hear from you! What kind of music/theme nights do you guys want to hear at the pub? What have you been waiting to scream your heart out and boogie to?! Country and western, Disney/musicals, tribute acts, rock and roll, karaoke, jazz, reggae, r&b, Ibiza rocks are just a few options.
